Job Title: Director

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary: The Director is responsible for overseeing the execution of multiple programs and projects within an organization. This includes managing resources, budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion of projects on time and within budget. The Director Program Manager will collaborate with stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables, and will also communicate project status and progress to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple projects simultaneously.

Monitor and report on project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

Manage project team members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, project sponsors, and external vendors.

Ensure that all projects comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Provide regular project status reports to executive leadership, highlighting key achievements, risks, and issues.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or project management.

15+ years of experience in program or project management.

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience managing budgets and resources.

Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
