Technical Project Manager

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage a Guidewire Claims Cloud Project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the implementation and delivery of Guidewire Claim Center implementation within the cloud environment, ensuring the project meets its objectives and is delivered on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Lead the implementation of Guidewire Claim Center implementation, coordinating activities and resources effectively.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather project requirements and expectations.

Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Ensure compliance with best practices and standards related to cloud-based implementations.

Managing JIRA board and chair daily standups, produce sprint dashboards and burn down charts.

Qualifications:

Good experience managing Java development team of 10+

Good experience in Java, JSP, Web Services.

Good experience on integration components including plug-ins, messaging, REST APIs.

Experience on any database Oracle / SQL

Experience in Agile based delivery environments.

Good written and oral communication.

Excellent analytical skills

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on cloud implementations.

Good understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture and components, although not essential

PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
