Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Take ownership of planning and executing R&D projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.

Team Coordination: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives efficiently and effectively.

Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.

Strategic Insights: Stay abreast of market trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies and decision-making.

Collaboration: Foster collaboration among internal teams, including researchers, engineers, and technicians, to drive project success.

Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proficient in using CAE software tools, such as

- finite element analysis (FEA),

- multi-body dynamics (MBD),

- Vehicle Dynamics (motorcycle dynamics preferred) to analyze and Validate different aspects of the electric vehcile’s design.

Good and Basic knowledge in- computational fluid dynamics (CFD),

2. Good Understanding in electric powertrains, including electric motors, batteries, and is important for optimizing the performance, efficiency, and thermal management of these components within the bike.

3. Proficient in performing and validating structural analysis using FEA techniques to evaluate the integrity, strength, and durability of the vehicle frame, forks, and other structural components under various loading conditions and boundary conditions.

4. Proficient in thermal analysis techniques, such as CFD simulations and heat transfer analysis, to ensure proper cooling and thermal management of the electric vehicle’s components, especially the battery and motor.

5. Proficient in Multi-disciplinary optimization techniques to improve the efficiency, weight, and performance of the bike's components, including topology optimization, and parameter optimization.

6. Sound Knowledge in various materials and their properties, such as metals, composites, and polymers, to select appropriate materials for various bike components based on their mechanical and thermal requirements.

7. Analyzing test data and comparing it with simulation results to validate and refine the CAE models. Providing feedback for design iterations based on the test results.

8. Conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and working with the design team to mitigate risks and improve overall product quality and reliability

9. Sound Knowledge in Manufacturing and Production techniques including casting, Machining, 3d printing etc.
