Role: Designer - 3D (Engineering Department)
Education Qualification: ITI (Drafting) or Diploma (Mechanical Engineering) or BE (Mechanical)
Years of Experience: 4-6 years of Intensive Hands-on exposure to Plant 3D Software
Travel Requirement: Yes, if required
Accountable and Responsible for :
1.Extract preliminary Bill of Material (BoM) of Pipes-&-Fittings, Valves and Instruments in Excel Sheet (at the initiation of each Project) and share with the Project Team.
2.Draft and Finalize:
Customer pre-Approved preliminary design of Room Layout, inclusive of discussions with Customers, if required.
In-house pre-Approved Visualization of 3D Models of Skid-mounted Vessels and/or Systems, including necessary Platforms, in coordination with Production-Piping Team AND Customer-&-In-house pre-Approved Routing of Cable-&-Conduit, in coordination with Automation (Hardware) Team & Third Party Electrical Aggregator.
Spatial Design of Piping Isometrics extracted from Customer-approved 3D & P&ID.
3.Participate in Review Meetings, Discuss-&-Close all Comments/Queries, Modify-&-Redraw as per the decisions in these Review Meetings, Issue the finally Approved Drawings for the Internal-&-External Customers' Approval and Archive the 'As Built'.
4.Follow-up, Receive & Archive and Update Libraries for the following:
GA Drawings of Agitators, Valves & Instruments
Step Files for Agitators, Valves & Instruments
Vendor Catalogues.
5.From the Approved Drawings at Sr # 1 above Extract the Final Bill of Material (BoM) and feed into the ERP, for:
Piping & Fittings,
Skid & Platform,
Site Works.
