Title: Commercial Business Finance Manager

Location: Chandigarh

Experience - 2-10 Years (Hotels and Restaurants)

CTC: Up to 22 LPA

Role Overview: We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 1-5 years of experience to join our team as a Commercial Business Finance Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in the hotel, hospitality, or catering industry and possess strong financial acumen coupled with strategic thinking capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Cost Management: Monitor and control costs across various departments to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Performance Evaluation: Assess the financial performance of business units and provide insights for improvement.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of business strategies by providing financial insights and recommendations.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, executives, and external partners to achieve financial objectives.

Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive analysis and appropriate controls.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.

1-5 years of relevant experience in the hotel, hospitality, or catering industry.

Strong financial analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience with ERP systems is preferred.
