Job Description

Be the inhouse expert for all marketing operations tasks especially on email automation and campaign management.

Analyse digital marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements in marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Proactively identify troubleshoot and resolve issues by working with internal teams and the client.

Set and track targets for the team Performance Management KPIs deliverables drive improvements bring innovation and strong customer satisfaction.

Display indepth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establishmaintain high level of customer trust and confidence.

Manage PL for the project and continuously innovate to induce efficiency and reduce cost.

Prepare reports for the management team and the clients.

Research and discover methods to increase efficiency automation.

Build an open communication environment for the team.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain consistent communication between client management and the team members.

Handle escalations within the time frame as stipulated by the client.

Essential Skills Experience

Strong understanding of automation best practices and a solid blend of analytical and creative skills with a history of creating effective campaigns.

Extensive exposure to email and digital marketing execution and best practices.

Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to execute successful projects with minimal guidance in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Demonstrated strong knowledge of HTMLCSS especially in email applications.

Working knowledge of SQL for running database queries.

Excellent organizational skills multitasking and strong attention to detail.
