Roles and Responsibilities:

●Setting team goals and objectives: Need to work with their team to set clear goals and objectives that align with the broader business objectives of the organization.

●Managing and Developing team members: They are responsible for providing mentorship, coaching, and support to team members.

●Managing projects and deliverables: They are responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of projects and products within the team. This includes managing timelines, and quality standards.

●Collaborating with other teams and departments: They also need to work closely with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure that their team’s work aligns with the overall business strategy.

●Hiring and Onboarding: They are responsible for doing resource planning and hiring new resources and ensuring smooth onboarding of resources.

Skills:

●Should have a strong technical background, with a degree in computer science or a related field. Ideally have 5+ years of experience as a software engineer or a developer.

●Have been a team leader/engineering manager in your previous role. Ideally with a team size of 4-5+ members

●Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should be able to lead and motivate your team, as well as work effectively with other teams

●Analytical skills for evaluating information carefully and solving complex problems

●Detail-oriented for understanding complex systems and the ability to pay attention to details, as a minor error can result in major problems.

●Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees and schedules simultaneously.

●Understanding of AWS Cloud, Multiple Databases relational and noSQL both, also understanding of programming languages compiled, interpreted both i.e. python, golang
