We are recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist to support growth in key product lines and strategic initiatives with a manufacturing and/or defense background and familiar with searching and posting on government websites.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

4 years’ experience in a lead generation sales or sales support role

2 years’ experience with Module electronics products.

Salesforce including data migrations as well as CRM software, Salesforce Visual Force, Apex Data Loader.

Microsoft Office and Tableau visual dashboards

A valid driver’s license and safe driving record (travel occasionally to meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc)

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

need familiarity utilizing government websites, lead management systems, and online marketing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Lead Generation Specialist works independently utilizing search engines to organize and execute lead generation activities

Collaborates with the National Sales Director to translate priorities and campaign concepts into technical execution

Develops customer profiles/buyer personas

Perform strategic reach outs through email, website, social media, and cold-calling efforts

Maintain documentation of lead generation activities, outcomes, and strategies.

Generate regular reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Updates Salesforce CRM with bids and awards.

Foster positive relationships with potential clients

The inside Sale Lead Generation Specialist is someone who comes from a manufacturing and defense background. They need familiarity utilizing government websites when searching for leads to bid on.
