Role Overview: As the Flooring Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion in the competitive Atlanta Market industry. Your mission will be to forge and nurture strong relationships with key players, including builders, developers, and contractors, while achieving ambitious sales targets and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and execute a strategic sales plan tailored to Atlanta Market builders, cultivating a robust sales pipeline and fostering new business relationships.

Employ your well-established network within the Michigan Market to enhance existing partnerships and open doors to new opportunities.

Present compelling product demonstrations and negotiate contractual agreements that align with our growth and profitability objectives.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly operations and logistics, to ensure the flawless execution of projects and the timely delivery of solutions.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to provide valuable insights for refining our strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

3+ years of distinguished sales experience within the Michigan Market, consistently surpassing sales quotas.

Extensive network of contacts within the Atlanta Market industry, demonstrating your influence and credibility.

Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying complex ideas effectively, and leveraging CRM tools for streamlined processes.

A track record of successful negotiation, with a knack for closing high-value deals.

Entrepreneurial spirit and a self-driven approach, capable of independently managing tasks and travel as required.
