Must be familiar with Family Law basics and preparation of complex Preliminary and Final Declarations of Disclosure, Income and Expense Declarations, Discovery and Discovery Responses, Legal Citations, Proofreading of pleadings, Summarize Depositions, and Document Review and Production in a cordial and friendly environment with frequent client contact.

Patience a must.

At least five years of experience required in Family Law.

Paralegal certificate helpful.
