Your role at Clorox:

The Sales Supervisor – General Trade is responsible for manage distributors in Hong Kong for Clorox and Glad business. He/She needs to develop an integrated sales plan, AMPS objectives and the resources necessary to achieve the sales objectives, managing the Trade Fund within budget for the assigned distributors

In this role, you will:

Develop and implement the sales strategies:

Collaborate with internal working partners in a way that reflects leadership, fosters open, two way communications and contributes to successful teamwork to the benefit both distributors and the Company.

Develop a strategic plan to achieve sales and profit target

Maintain and build strong relationships with assigned distributors to achieve company’s business goal

Ensure promotion activities (assortment, pricing, merchandising, shelving) are well executed at store level

Responsible for daily operation of the assigned distributors

Identify new business opportunities to expand our customer base

Responsible for Sales forecast and Trade Fund management of the assigned distributors:

Responsible for the rolling forecast accuracy of the assigned distributors, provide input in monthly S&OP process

Responsible for trade funds management and associated tracking to ensure the Trade Fund spending within budget for the assigned distributors

Analytics & Category Expertise

Analyze sales data, generate reports and provide insights to senior management for decision making and resource allocation

Collect and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and provide recommendations in GT

Evaluate promotion effectiveness of the promotions/trade deals with ROI and market share results

What we look for:

- Years and Type of Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experiences in FMCG sales/general trade with strong knowledge of local market and retail channels operations

Experience in manage distributors in Hong Kong is preferred

Skills and Abilities:

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent

Minimum 4 years of sales experience in FMCG industry / General Trade sector

Self-motivated with positive attitude to drive results and achieve target

Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing

Academic Background

Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
