THE RIGHT STAFF is seeking a Print Production Lead for one of our clients located in Red Wing, MN. The Print Production Lead is responsible for productivity monitoring, quality requirements, and quantity requirements including finishing and binding printed products. The Print Production Lead will oversee two Print Production Representatives.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 years of prior print production experience preferred

• Comfortable with providing work direction to others

• Previous Customer Service experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (above average with Excel and Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite products including InDesign.

• Good communication skills - verbal, written, and electronic

• Good organizational skills - multi-tasking - attention to detail.

• Ability to work with detailed information accurately.

JOB DETAILS:

• Contract to Hire

• Red Wing, MN

• Full-Time, Monday - Friday

• 7 AM - 4 PM

• Pay $19-21, Depending on qualifications
