Finance Manager

While reporting to the controller, the Finance Manager will lead an operational level team. Responsibilities:

Leading and mentoring the Finance team through day-to-day operations

Resolve issues involving customer accounts and cashflow

Lead the monthly variance analysis and preparation of quarterly and annual budget and forecast process

Provide analysis and strategic advice to management as required

Utilize accounting knowledge to develop and implement policies, models, and standards

3+ years of experience managing at the operational level (AR/AP)

Must have CPA

Must have strong general accounting knowledge and exposure to budgeting + forecasting

ERP implementation experience is an asset
