Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects to specify products in building plans.

Conduct sales calls with distributors and contractors to achieve sales plans.

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of national corporate accounts to create long-term partnerships.

Develop new accounts in assigned territory to achieve profitable growth and volume targets.

Collaborate with marketing manager to create sales materials for products including brochures, fliers, artwork, website, sales campaigns, and promotional items.

Conduct market analyses and develop data to determine end-user and dealer needs.

Recommend new and revised product offerings and competitive pricing schedules. Utilize established manufacturer price schedules and discounted rates.

Engage distributors to collaborate on sales with builder and corporate accounts.

Travel to customer sites, typically two weeks per month. Travel throughout assigned territory to call on prospective customers and architects.

Conduct product seminars where you explain and demonstrate equipment at sales meetings, seminars, and at customer sites.

Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.

Represent company at trade association meetings and trade shows to promote products.
