Regional Sales Manager, Southeast

Due to an exciting internal career move, we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Southeast region team and be part of one of the most successful global Super Premium wine companies.

Based in Georgia or North Carolina, this role leads and manages a regional team of Account Managers and Areas Sales Managers to drive multi-channel growth in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC. Travel within the assigned territory is a key requirement.

About You

3 years of industry sales experience and leading others as a people manager.

Demonstrate a 'winning together' mindset by understanding the perspectives of others, creating a positive team culture, and maintaining strong bonds.

Understand and identify commercial opportunities, be aware of business drivers and stay up to date with industry knowledge.

You have strong attention to detail and the ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and advice.

Be engaging and self-motivated to achieve aspirational goals through strong time management and planning.

Develop and maintain enduring relationships with key accounts in collaboration with distributors.

Communicate with clarity and confidence, actively listening and adapting style to suit the needs of the audience.
