Bilingual Staffing Coordinator

Staffing Coordinators are responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling workers to ensure that the company's labor requirements and needs are fulfilled. A must-have requirement is that you speak Spanish and English fluently! Staffing experience and supervisor experience is preferred. This is a position that guarantees growth within our company!

Duties Include:

Help translate the application process, and job opportunities to Spanish-speaking candidates.

Plan, organized, and implement a sustainable staffing strategy

Investigate the company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly

Work with recruiting agencies when needed

Identify hard-to-fill roles and take proactive actions

Assist in candidate screening and interviewing

Assist in new employee onboarding

Evaluate new staff

Assist with new employee orientation

Design and plan work shift schedules

Assist with payroll procedures and activities
