As a Legal Executive, you’ll be the cornerstone of our client’s legal team, navigating the complex world of corporate law with finesse. Your mission? Requirements

What You'll Do:

Legal Guru: Provide expert legal advice, manage litigation, and ensure operations are legally sound.

Risk Radar: Keep senior management informed of legal developments and identify potential risks before they become issues.

Deal Maker: Lead negotiations, draft and review contracts, and support business ventures with top-tier legal counsel.

Strategic Leader: Develop and implement legal strategies that align with business goals.

Client Champion: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

Legal Degree: B Com, BA, B Juris, or B Proc.

Advanced Expertise: Master of Law (LLM) preferred.

Admitted Professional: Admitted attorney or advocate in South Africa.

Seasoned Veteran: 8-10 years of post-admission experience in corporate law.

Insurance Savvy: Experience in the insurance industry, especially in mergers and acquisitions.

Leadership Pro: At least 10 years of leadership experience, with 5 years at a senior management level.

Law Firm Experience: Highly advantageous.
