Senior Compliance & Deployment Engineer

The Senior Compliance & Deployment Engineer is responsible for highly complex enterprise-wide endpoints and infrastructure activities.

These activities include MECM/Intune administration, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining the hybrid endpoint environment.

The Compliance and Deployment Engineer is also responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Windows Server and Workstation Patching, Endpoint compliance, Conditional Access Policies, and any other ancillary systems.

The Compliance and Deployment Engineer configures, manages, and maintains MECM/Intune Applications.

The Engineer will also be responsible for performing any MECM/Intune migrations into or out of the production Active Directory or Entra ID to support the business goals and for planning and implementing the rollout strategy of Windows workstation upgrades using Autopilot.

Responsibilities: Deploy, manage, monitor, design, and maintain Microsoft Intune and Microsoft MECM (SCCM). Deploy, manage, and design Intune Autopilot solutions and Intune RBAC solutions.

Deploy, manage, monitor, and design Intune Update Rings and Intune Driver updates.

Deploy, manage, monitor, and design Application packages and deployment strategies for both Intune and MECM.

Manage, monitor, and maintain Intune groups and MECM Device collections.

Design and implement global automation processes.

Remediate security vulnerabilities in conjunction with the Information Security Team.

Provide Tier III Support for IT Operations and IT Development Teams.

Mentor other Infrastructure Engineers and the Senior Compliance & Deployment Specialist.

Collaborate within the team as well as other teams inside the organization as needed.

Qualifications: Bachelors of Information Technology preferred.

4+ years of experience deploying, managing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Intune, Intune Update Rings, Entra ID Conditional Access, Intune Autopilot, and 3rd party patching.

4+ years of experience deploying, managing, monitoring, and maintaining patches and maintenance windows in SCCM.

4+ years of experience deploying, managing, monitoring, and maintaining MAM/MDM solutions.

An equivalent combination of experience and education, which clearly indicates the ability to perform the position's essential functions, may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

Able to use Microsoft Office Applications.
