The Truecaller for Business team's focus is on creating new revenue streams for Truecaller through solutions that help businesses in improving the efficiency of their customer communications. With visibility to more than 374+ million users, Truecaller for Business provides an ideal platform for businesses across the globe to engage with their customers to drive business outcomes. The team has built multiple product lines spanning different verticals - intelligent communications, customer engagement and trust-and-safety. Business Messaging is a key product vertical inside Truecaller for Business tasked with building the next generation engaging conversational experiences for our enterprise customers to engage with their own customers.

As a Principal Product Manager in Truecaller for Business, you will own and shape the strategy, define KPIs and be responsible for roadmap delivery of our Business Messaging offering. You will be responsible for leading a 1-100 journey for a product line that has seen early success in the market. In this journey you will have to work closely with Truecaller leadership, horizontal cross-functional teams inside Truecaller and CPaaS partners to drive success for Business Messaging both in terms of adoption and revenue. We are looking for someone who can drive innovation in this space and ensure that our offering remains differentiated against the competition.

What you bring in:

8-10 years of overall work experience with 6-8 years in product management.

Worked at either a CPaaS or Telco organization on building A2P messaging (IP messaging and/or SMS) solutions for businesses in India or globally

Deep understanding of at least the IP messaging and/or SMS products in the market.

Sound technical knowledge of APIs

Sound understanding on monetization and pricing strategies for the A2P messaging ecosystem

You know how to work with partners as well as end customers in the messaging domain and build a roadmap that reflects strategic as well as business priorities.

You can influence multiple cross-functional teams without authority to get the job done - sales, customer success and more

Get stuff done mindset - small team, audacious goals and flawless execution

Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders

Passionate about creating great user experiences both for business and consumers.

Technical background, as a developer. That's a plus!

The impact you will create

You will develop and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for everything Business Messaging, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

You will deliver high quality products in-time, to meet important business revenue goals that excite our investors and customers

You collaborate with cross-functional teams, product & engineering, analytics as well as marketing and sales, to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market processes.

You will conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the business communications space.

You will develop a deep understanding of our customers and their needs, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization and with leadership (CPO and CSO)

Define and monitor key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize product performance and prioritize feature development.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that the Truecaller for Business product suite remains best-in-class.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners, both internal and external, to ensure ongoing collaboration and success

It would be great if you also have:

Experience working with Android and/or iOS teams

Understanding of B2B2C products
