RESPONSABILITIES:
• Responsible for quality KPIs: "cPPMs, QDRs, Q Scrap, PPAC, Customer Audits, CP Compliance, PPAPS on time, Accidents
• Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality objectives during launch and serial production
• Responsible for stopping processes and escalating in all cases of quality non-conformities (STOP-AT-DEFECT).
• Follow the escalation process
• Promote and implement continuous improvement activities that affect the quality of the process in the plant.
• Create and maintain quality documentation related to the plant
• First contact for all questions related to customer service quality
• Ensure knowledge of specific customer requirements
• Ensure knowledge of risk management and product safety
• Manage customer complaints including guarantees
• Submit final PPAP submission to customer (including updating customer portals)
• Validation of project related documents (e.g. P-FMEA, D-FMEA, process flowchart, Control Plan, STW)
• Leader of internal and external audits for the production process.
• Support to quality management in external and client audits
• Bachelor of Engineering
• Have carried out internships in the quality area
• Knowledge of valid quality tools/quality standards
• Coretools, CSR and experience in Injection or Blowing is a plus
• Strong English language skills required
