Team and Role Overview
Adenza is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our global system implementations. The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the management and sign-off of customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management, the project management of internal and external project resources, and managing the project budget.In return, you will receive a competitive salary package, incredible health and financial wellbeing benefits, including dental, vision, & prescription
What you will do
Ensure the project and associated case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required procedures.
Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate breakthrough definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions
Ensure the project is resourced appropriately
Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or bring up as appropriate
Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are provided
Ensure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and tracked
Chairing appropriate governance meetings and ensuring outputs and artifacts are produced and distributed
Apply the relevant governance bodies/steering committees for the purpose they are established
Ensure project customer awareness, engagement, and communication
Ensure the project ends according to the agreed financial plan.
Lead project team members consistent with our management principles
Ensure the project closes according to the required procedures including post-implementation reviews
What We Expect
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required
Proficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies: CSM and PMP are required
10-12 years of relevant experience working in the Capital market is required
Experience in sharepoint, Project Plan/Publisher, MS Project, Excel, and powerpoint
Experience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferred
Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusions
Experience in the refinement, deployment, and general usage of standard governance methods
Experience in developing, analyzing, and tracking financial cases
Proven ability to assess and mitigate project risks and dependencies effectively and accurately
Experience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project partners. And team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and the ability to quickly transition as priorities change to meet demands!
Willingness and ability to travel as required!
