Pay Rate: $50- $55/hr

Minimum 5+ years of experiences in combined HR or IT work structure.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Support and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing with Agile Scrum. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and budgets. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to ensure alignment with project goals and priorities.

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize needs, and ensure solutions meet user requirements.

Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and project sponsors.

Prepare and present project reports, including status updates, key metrics, and recommendations to senior management.

Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development and implementation of HR technology solutions.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
