Role: BMC Remedy Developer

BMC Helix ITSM Development, with good experience in "BMC Helix DWP Advanced" module and exposure in developing new integrations using Web Services or RestAPIs and experience in BMC True Sight Orchestration.

Scripting: PowerShell, Python

Automation/DevOps Tool: PowerShell, BMC Remedy True Sight Orchestration and BMC Atrium Integrator

Web Services: Rest

• Strong expertise in BMC Helix ITSM Development and good hands on in "BMC Helix DWP Advanced" module.

• Platform integration and creation of workflows in BMC Helix.

• Strong Knowledge in creating an Automation script using BMC Atrium orchestrator.

• Hands-on Experience in BMC DWP to develop front end to integrate it with internal scripts and orchestrator to trigger the automation.

• Coordination with users, Service Management.

• Ensuring the Certifications and Technical requirements.
