This position involves designing and delivering robust implementations tailored to our clients' needs utilizing ServiceNow products and programs. As a ServiceNow Architect you are responsible for working closely with Sales and Delivery teams for designing and implementing robust solutions on the ServiceNow platform to enhance enterprise IT operations. The position leads the architectural and technical direction of ServiceNow deployment, ensuring alignment with clients' business objectives and adherence to best practices.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Developing strong relationships with Technical and business leaders to understand the client's vision and how ServiceNow plays in their digital transformation journey. Translate business objectives to outcomes into a customer roadmap.

Creating strategic roadmaps for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it aligns with business and IT goals.

Design the overall architecture of the ServiceNow implementation, including integrations with other enterprise systems and data flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture, platform capabilities, and best practices.

Oversees the implementation of ServiceNow, ensuring best practices are followed and the platform is used to its full potential.

Participate in agile ceremonies and provide insight and expertise in level of effort, timeline, and status updates.

Lead design workshops and develop technical solutions to configure and customize ServiceNow.

Provide technical expertise for issues related to development.

Create and implement Business rules, client scripts, UI Policies, Access Control Lists (ACLs), Portal Pages, etc.

Develop integration with other ServiceNow instances or 3rd party tools.

Develop and maintain processes for user management, license compliance, audit requirements.

Migration of update sets to different environments (dvlp to prod)

Work with QA team to validate solutions and ensure quality product is delivered.

Support client intake of new functionality and determining the appropriate solution whether ServiceNow or technologies in the client stack.

Engage in reviewing RFPs, RFI and building technical response to client requirements and analyzing competitive advantage on service offering value proposition.

Responsible for analyzing and translating business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that outlines solutions to achieve complex business objectives.

Engages with customer enterprise architects to position ServiceNow as the digital transformation platform integrated with the core systems.

Ensures ServiceNow integrates seamlessly with other enterprise tools and systems (e.g. Workday, Snowflake, Harness, Jira, etc) to enhance workflow automation and data consistency across the board.

Work with clients and ServiceNow teams to establish delivery operating model governance to ensure successful go-lives, end-user adoption and on-going support.

Advocate/champion ServiceNow's advisory and expert services best practices and industry use cases with clients.

Contribute thought leadership (methodology and white papers) on how Advisory, Expert Services, and Co-Delivery can optimize to achieve customer outcomes.

Guide a customer down a prescriptive solution design and manage through the technical implementation decision points.

Support the sales effort scoping and estimation that refine the customer vision and capabilities into activities and estimates. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

6-8 years of experience of multiple technologies preferred.

Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow preferred.

In depth technical knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow architecture and applications (ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM and key modules), Portal, and Integration Hub

Knowledge about workflows, reporting, and dashboards

Experience in ServiceNow administration and development.

Experience in developing custom applications.

Excellent experience in Java scripting, Angular, UI, SQL, HTML, JSON, REST, etc.

Experience in ServiceNow Integration techniques, import sets, Transform maps, Orchestration, LDAP integration.

Experience implementing ServiceNow upgrades and patches.

Excellent collaboration, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experienced in working in an Agile environment and handling multiple priorities. Note

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

ITIL Foundation Certification
