Merchandising Assistant (Bilingual Mandarin/English)

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls and emails.

Revise purchase orders and follow-up on backorders, claims, and contracts.

Process and organize the store, vendor, and buyer files related to purchasing, shipment, and other aspects.

Communicate with stores, vendors, buyers, and distribution centers to ensure sufficient quantities, correct system pricing, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure on-time payments.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

1 year of administrative, retail operation, or related work experience.is a plus but training is available

Excellent computer skills, familiar with Microsoft and Google office suite, and SAP is a plus.

Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual English/Chinese is required.

An Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

Position Details:

Employment Type: Full Time

Schedule- Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and half day working on Saturday or Sunday when needed . Weekends and holidays may vary.

Salary: $18-$22 hourly

Compensation:

The pay range for this job is between $18.00~$22.00 per hour. This is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
