Key accountabilities :

You will be responsible for resolving level 1 and 2 support incidents,

You will assist and train employees on applications and hardware,

You will monitor incidents reported to the IT department,

You will apply and enforce the IT department's security policy, and ensure data integrity and confidentiality,

You will provide users with documentation on the hardware and software used,

You will be in direct contact with hotel guests,

You will be in direct contact with support staff in France and abroad.

Initial training: BTS Computer Science

Knowledge of Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Network, Active Directory, Exchange,

Foreign language skills: English essential.
