Key accountabilities :

Carries out maintenance, repairs and improvements to all the hotel's plumbing installations.

Prepares the work to be carried out and monitors the intervention of specialized outside firms from a technical point of view.

Manages a consumables and spare parts store.

Checks all technical premises and understands the cause of any breakdown.

Essentially replaces worn or faulty parts (seals, valves, locks, etc.), dismantling/reassembling equipment.

Compiles maintenance files to track all work carried out.

Interacts positively with all team members to guarantee customers the service expected of a luxury establishment.

Profile :

Diagnostic skills

Listening to customers.

Network balancing, water treatment, welding copper, steel, high-pressure PVC, multi-layer PVC, drainage networks, grease treatment, replacement of fittings, etc.

Knowledge of pool water treatment and electricity (solenoid valve and meter replacement).

Thoroughness and organizational skills.

Fluency in English.

Ability to handle emergency situations.

Similar experience in a hotel of the same category.
