Become part of Hempel’s growing & diverse Finance team. We are looking for a skillful Account Assistant that will be passionate about handle tax compliance and financial accounting.

Key responsibilities:

Prepare list of closing import/export declarations

Checking of all import/export invoices and Customs Declarations

Follow-up on closing of export declarations.

Manage and archive incoming documentations, declarations, invoices, and e-invoices

Scanning documents and forward to GBS and relevant stakeholders for further processing

Assisting on VAT refund preparation and application

Assisting the Accountant on various finance tasks.

This role is for you, registered with the İŞKUR and having a disability level of at least 40% and above.

What we would like you to bring to the role

Bachelor’s in business administration, accounting or any other related field preferably

Valuable experience in similar positions

Knowledge and experience on local VAT and taxes

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
