This role will report to the Director of Financial Reporting, with a focus on US GAAP reporting, ledger maintenance, and quarterly preparations of the MD&A and press release.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Maintaining the US GAAP ledger in WorkDay.

Maintaining the books for Corient Holdings – including all the journal entries and related balance-sheet reconciliations

Maintaining the reconciliations for intercompany receivable/payable and the investment/equity between Corient Holdings and Corient Partners

Quarterly MD&A and press release preparation in Workiva

CIX Shares tracking and any related compliance forms/inquiries.

Assist with the maintenance of any US-based stock compensation.

Other ad-hoc projects as required.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Qualified CPA (or close to completion) with 2-4 year of experience.

Detailed oriented - with the ability to understand complex agreements and be able to summarize and communicate in a concise manner.

Strong project manager and highly organized.

Deep curiosity to understand “why” and the business rationale behind each transaction.

Persistent drive for continuous improvement and not settling for the status quo.

Collaborative: ability to work cross-functionally.

Experience with technical accounting research and preparing accounting memos.

Experience working with a large ERP system is an asset, especially with Workday Finance.

Experience in asset management and/or wealth management is an asset.
