Join our Global Scaling Marketing Science team in Dublin, Ireland.

We unlock the full potential of businesses on Meta platforms by transforming advertising performance and industry practices through the use of data-driven analytical methods.We are specifically looking for a candidate with strong analytical, critical thinking skills and a passion for generating data-driven insights.

This role will challenge you to not only provide strategic direction to advertisers about their measurement efforts, but also to create tools, develop global programmes and identify ways to automate Marketing Science guidance.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Science Partner - 12 Month Contract Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, R&D, Business Engineering, Ads Research, Creative Shop to develop and deliver global Measurement programmes

Run internal and external education sessions on measurement best practices

Assess the impact of programmes and initiatives to drive value for Marketing Science, Meta and advertisers

Consult with advertisers on their common business challenges, current tech stack, 1P data availability and measurement solutions for different needs (marketing mix effectiveness and media allocation choices, or key measurement questions)

Contribute to the product roadmap to improve usability and suitability for a cookieless world of Meta and/or Open Source measurement solutions and methodologies

Apply your analytical expertise to drive new business growth in service of client delivery

Qualification and experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

8 years minimum of experience working in marketing effectiveness, market research or business intelligence.

Ability to explain in a simple way, complex analytical concepts, and/or problems.

Proven experience with creating and delivering analytics based presentations to senior decision makers.

Experience analysing and manipulating data sets to understand patterns and provide insight.

Understanding of test design methodologies (geo-tests, A/B tests, multivariate tests, Randomised Control Trial experiments) along with survey sampling, and/or panel data.

Resourceful & process orientated.

Experienced in managing complex projects.

Preferred:

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in an analytical field such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics.

Familiarity with SQL

Familiarity with basic commands in R and/or Python.

Understanding of the advertising landscape
