Salary: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Job Responsibilities:
Complete therapy sessions and evaluations on caseload
Develop an individualized treatment plan for the patient and establish goals
Maintain communication with parents/families
Educate parents/families
Complete documentation as required in a timely manner Follow all general responsibilities of a Speech-Langauge Pathologist.
Address patient-caregiver relations and/or any caregiver issues as needed regarding therapy services.
Mentor and support for all therapists at designated clinic
Ensure quality care and thorough documentation of all therapy services as well as provide training/support as needed for therapists under employee supervision
Collaborate with Clinical Directors to create or modify clinic policies, procedures, and training as needed.
Train new therapist or new lead therapist on clinical procedures, use of EMR system, etc. at designated clinic
Audit documentation and provide feedback to new therapists for the first 90 days of employment to ensure they are meeting SPT insurance and clinical standards
Participate in the clinical portion of the interview process alongside or with the support of clinical directors for SLP and OT candidates, if applicable.
Organize observation, volunteer opportunities for SLP student interns, observers, and volunteers.
Supervise students in accordance with departmental guidelines
Participate in ongoing lead meetings for development of leadership support
Other duties as requested by Founder or Clinical Director(s)
Requirements:
Passion for children and families
Experience working with children with a variety of communication and/or swallowing disorders. This includes but is not limited to speech sound disorders, language disorders, autism, and other developmental disabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with children, families, team members, and professionals in related fields
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines for clinical documentation
Attend and participate in ongoing leadership development meetings
Ability to lead and guide a team of 1 to 5 clinicians
Good problem-solving skills and ability to determine solutions to issues as they arise
Takes initiative to improve procedures or patient/therapist experience
Knowledgeable on and abides by all SPT clinical procedures and HIPAA guidelines
Maintains high ethical standards and proficient in ASHA /AOTA Code of Ethics
Collaborate with ST Directors as needed for assistance or help in arising issues
Minimum of a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in the field of Speech/Language Pathology
Licensed or in process of applying for such licensure as required by state board or committee
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
SCHEDULE:
Clinic hours are between 9 AM and 6:30 PM. Monday - Thursday. Fridays as needed for evaluations, makeups, and completing documentation
COMPENSATION:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

The average caseload is 20-25 patients, at 120 visits a month (we want you to focus on providing quality care for your patients!)
Notes due weekly instead of daily
Monthly meetings for developmental and educational purposes

License/Certification:
