What we need:

The Manager of HRIS assumes a pivotal role in guiding, directing, and shaping strategies and processes pertaining to the full spectrum of our current SAP/SF platform. This includes overseeing essential domains such as Employee Central, Succession, Compensation, Performance Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Analytics, Payroll, and Benefits, in addition to auxiliary functions such as travel and expense management (Concur), workforce management (Kronos), and People Analytics (SAC). By providing adept leadership, this role ensures alignment with the objectives of the Global HR Leadership, fostering prioritization, effective communication, and robust engagement.

What you’ll do:

Lead the implementation and integration of HRIS software solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and objectives.

Oversee the maintenance and ongoing updates of HRIS databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HRIS systems, working closely with IT support teams and vendors as needed.

Develop and maintain HRIS reporting capabilities to provide insights into key HR metrics and trends.

Analyze HR data to identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and strategic decision-making.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in HR data management.

Streamline HRIS-related processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Establish and enforce standard procedures for data entry, validation, and maintenance within HRIS systems.

Collaborate with HR team members to identify areas for process improvement and automation.

Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert for HRIS-related inquiries and assistance.

Develop training materials, documentation, and resources to support HRIS users.

Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.

Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.

Communicate project status updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management or related roles, with a demonstrated track record of success.

Proficiency with HRIS software platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud) and related tools (Power BI).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze HR data to inform decision-making.

Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results within specified timelines and budgets.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices in HR data management and security.

What you’re good at:

Excellent oral, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when interacting and/or negotiating with internal and external customers, and senior management.

Solid facilitation and presentation skills to lead design sessions with business and technical audiences to come create forward strategies.

Ability present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding.

Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take calculated risk, to challenge, market and sell new ideas within the organization.

Excellent human resource management skills to effectively lead and direct a diverse work group; to achieve results through team efforts, and the desire and ability to motivate, persuade and direct the activities of others.

Ability to act as a managerial advisor on professional and technical issues with a view towards reaching strategic decisions; ability to manage conflicting demands for resources through negotiation.

Organizational ability to redirect skills to support new technologies while maintaining current commitments; ability to perform in a high pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems.

Ability to work effectively with remote global teams
