Analyze production and machinery needs thoroughly.

Create and trial efficient automated and manual systems.

Plan and implement equipment installation.

Coordinate manufacturing workflows and resource allocation.

Integrate diverse systems like equipment handling and transportation.

Enhance facility layouts, production lines, machine operations, and network efficiency.

Address production delays and challenges promptly.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality enhancement.

Provide training to staff on updated and existing processes.

Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in manufacturing procedures.

Implement technological advancements to upgrade systems and processes.

Job Qualifications:

Prior experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.

Proficiency in manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance practices.

Dedication to health, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Proficient in relevant software such as CAD and MS Office.

Strong project management capabilities.

Effective problem-solving skills.

Willingness to occasionally work late shifts.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; a post-graduate degree is advantageous.
