*This is a full time permanent role, 5 days per week, on-site in Telford.

Role Overview:

We're in search of a Systems Developer dedicated to driving improvement by designing and implementing innovative systems solutions. You'll address data proliferation and boost process efficiency throughout the organization. This role is crucial in translating business requirements into technical solutions. You'll develop workflows, collaborate on system integration, and ensure data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement systems solutions that align with business goals and strategies.

Redesign and optimize existing business processes for greater efficiency.

Work within a team to create and enhance technical solutions that support business decision-making.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all integrated systems.

Maintain and support various databases, systems, and platforms.

Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and systems.

Participate in web development projects.

Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Handle other tasks as needed, including specialized reporting.

Ideal Candidate

Essential:

Proven experience as a Systems Developer or similar role.

Experience with end-to-end process improvement and design.

Strong understanding of relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server.

Proficiency in various programming languages.

Solid knowledge of different operating systems and databases.

Ability to adapt to change and address emerging business needs.

Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proactive and innovative approach.

Knowledge of front-end and back-end web development.

Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Desirable:

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
