360 Global Trainee - Hong Kong

We’re looking for exceptional postgraduates with 360 degrees of talent and vision to be part of our highly selective 18-months global management trainee program.

The 360 Global Trainees have the opportunity to become the future generation of leaders to help EF continue its worldwide growth. Your time as an EF 360 will be life changing. Through hands-on experiences, you will obtain knowledge, insight, and skills to launch a dynamic EF career.

During your time as a 360, you will be exposed to multiple facets of EF and become equipped with extensive, hands-on knowledge of the industry as well as an expansive network of contacts and mentors throughout the organization.

Please note this job will not be a walk in the park. We’re looking for people who are not deterred by rolling up their sleeves, zoom calls across time zones, or good old-fashioned hard work. Trust us, it will be worth your time. By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped with deep, hands-on knowledge of the industry, and an expansive network of contacts and mentors in Hong Kong and the world.

The Role

It’s as much a mission as it is a job. You’ll be assisting our Chief Culture Officer who will act as your mentor, your supervisor, and your friend. On a typical day, you could be asked to produce a flash mob for a viral marketing campaign, analyze our sales data, or be a production assistant on a video shoot. No assignment is too big or too small. You’ll be based in Hong Kong but keep that passport ready—when travel is on, we jet set often!

With your strong creative skills, you’ll find new and exciting ways to express EF’s unique brand. Your excellent communication skills will help you lead projects and collaborate with teams across continents. Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree with impressive academic credentials

Fluent English; a second language is preferred but not required

Highly motivated, a self-starter

A healthy respect and eye for visual design (creative portfolio a plus)

Can pitch ideas and transform them into seamlessly executed actions.

Excited to work with stakeholders at all levels (senior executives to field staff)

View all assignments as opportunities (i.e., no project as too big or too small)

Aspirations to be a president, founder, or CEO of a company someday

Career Path

Once you become truly 360 (to us that means fully-versed in EF’s entrepreneurial operating style), you will be given a position within our organization that best suits your talents and skills. Positions can range anywhere from managing a team in London, to opening a new office in an emerging market, to analyzing business data in Zurich.
