Payroll Coordinator

Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Payroll Coordinator.

Job Description:

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Work Schedule: On-site

Pay Rate: $24.42 - $25.71/hr

Responsibilities:

Onsite position. 2-3 years experience as a payroll coordinator. Payroll certification preferred. Responsibilities include: Due to UKG go live, the payroll team is 2 pay periods behind in processing payroll adjustments. Collecting and analyzing information to resolve payroll discrepancies as well as answer questions and process requests for both the Payroll Manager and the employees. Process employee data (new hires, terminations, changes, earnings, withholdings).
