Maintenance Mechanic - HVAC

Description: Responsibility for operations of Chillier and HVAC equipment such as Air Handlers, fans, compressors, building automation systems and plumbing, boilers, condensing units, steam systems and general maintenance related services.

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Certification in electrical, plumbing, boilers, electronics or communication systems desirable.

Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred having completed vocational courses in: * HVAC * Electrical * Plumbing, * Refrigeration Extensive experience in lieu of education acceptable.

Experience: Preferred 3 -5 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC equipment.

Monday - Friday 7a.m.

- 4 p.m.
