Robin Run Village, a vibrant senior living community in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales Counselor to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll play a vital part in connecting seniors with the lifestyle and care they deserve.

What You'll Do:

Build relationships with potential residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences.

Provide informative tours of our beautiful community, showcasing the amenities and services offered.

Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to convert leads into satisfied residents.

Answer questions and address concerns regarding independent living options, care services, and costs.

Qualify leads and schedule appointments for follow-up conversations.

Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork.

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for potential residents and their families.

Who You Are:

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the senior living industry (a plus).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong ability to build rapport and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for senior well-being.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (a plus).
