Elevator Worker

Elevator Worker Position for Swanington ADM Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain grain elevator equipment, including conveyors, scales, and grain dryers.

* Monitor grain quality and make adjustments as necessary.

* Load trucks and railcars using equipment.

* Perform routing maintenance and repairs on equipment.

* Keep accurate records of grain inventory and transactions.

* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Life Critical Responsibilities would include: * Powered Industrial Equipment Operation ( Skid Steer, Tele-handler, fork lift, Boom lift) * Working from Heights (190') * Climbing ladders (20 - 30 ft per ladder section) * Climbing & descending stairs on bin tops in excess of 50 feet.

* Confined space work with extreme temperatures.

Basic Skills: * Prolonged periods of standing, sitting, bending or kneeling.

* Working in a variety of conditions such as Hot, Cold, Dust, etc.

* Lifting up to 50lbs unassisted.

* Assist other team Members when needed, watch out for the safety of the team.

ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
