Position Overview:

The Senior Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics leads the digital marketing and web to support the growth of CrossCountry Mortgage’s digital presence along with the loan officers and branches. This position is heavily involved with developing and spearheading the digital strategy channel and execution of digital initiatives to grow the brand’s web presence. The Sr. Director, Digital Marketing & Analytics will lead a team to execute the roadmap by setting up the testing, tracking, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee internal digital marketing team; establish goals and techniques of digital marketing campaigns; communicate marketing plans.

Responsible for the end-to-end of website rebuilding and changes from ideation to implementation to measurement.

Execute lifecycle campaigns, social media, SEO and SEM strategies; continually improve and optimize website features and landing pages as needed.

Conduct market analysis and prioritize marketing projects; allocate resources amongst projects; manage digital and web projects from discovery to implementation.

Improve digital strategies that drive traffic and ROI for the company and loan officers.

Regularly analyze data using third-party tools to understand user behavior and provide insight into the topics that drive interest and engagement.

Track and report on analytics.

Review and analyze market and consumer trends along with competitor activities; evaluate strategy effectiveness.

Lead reputation management strategies and online review generation best practices.

Create efficiencies and automations through large data sets.

Enhance current audience segments, leveraging internal and 3rd party, AI and data from partners to define journeys for participants based on life stages, behavioral data, etc.

Serve as a subject-matter expert, helping colleagues gain expertise and provide consultation and training to stakeholders in areas such as search engine optimization, lead generation, social media, customer experience, analytics, etc.

Partner with marketing and other internal departments to facilitate and carry out digital-related projects and tasks; collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compliant materials, meeting all industry-related requirements/regulations.

Work with the branch network to coordinate and process digital marketing requests.

Maintain and update reports, and internal files for record-keeping and audit purposes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

8+ years of experience in digital marketing and strategy, with an emphasis on online marketing and website management.

Experience in a senior marketing role.

Experience engaging and growing consumer interest via digital channels.

Experience managing outside digital agencies and vendors.

Experience with various marketing tools to perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and other search marketing activities.

Experience with experimentation (A/B/n testing), personalization.

Experience with Kentico, WordPress CMS, or similar preferred.

Understanding or experience with HTML, CSS, and JS preferred.

Certification in Google Data Analytics preferred.

Prior experience in financial services preferred.

Proficient in Tableau, Sigma, and other measurement tools.

Excellent leadership skills.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-resolution skills.

Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
