Responsibilities / Tasks

To be familiar with, and act in accordance with, all relevant health & safety management, legislation and company quality system rules, regulations and policies.

Maintain & Follow the Company's Quality Management System / Procedures / Processes in line with ISO 9001,14001 & 45001

Responsible for Quality Documentation including Material traceability for all Projects.

Ensure the backup of ITP, Dimensional Insp., Weld Map, NDT (VT, RT and DPT), Hydro / Pneumatic Test are available as evidence in the Job folder and file.

Actively Participate in 5S / Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma Projects.

Works to achieve departmental targets

Knowledge of QAPs, ITPs, Procedures, SOPs

Knowledge of WPS, PQR, WPQ & verification of welding consumable.

Knowledge of calibration of measuring Instruments and maintenance

Attending Final Inspections and customer FATs

Attend the Pre-Dispatch Inspections with concerned

Verification of the NDT inspection of LPT, VT, RT Report Hydro / Pneumatic testing

Ensure continual batch traceability of material at various stages

Knowledge of SAP in QM module

To utilize lean techniques such as Yellow belt, Kaizen for improving current systems of working.

Support and participate in global and local improvement initiatives.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Diploma / B E in Mechanical Engineering

Aware with International Standards like ASME, ASTM, IS & & lean methodology.

Microsoft Office Apps

SAP

Good Communication Skills

Ownership

Communicate within department and inter departments like Internal & End Customers, Production Planning, Production, Assembly, PSC, HSE, HR, Maintenance, schedule & conduct meetings, circulate MOM etc.
