Position Summary The Legal Coordinator will provide a variety of administrative and project services, including general administrative support services for members of the Legal Department, namely, Vice-President of Intellectual Property matters, Vice President of Corporate Compliance and SVP, General Counsel.

This role will report directly to the SVP, General Counsel, and provide administrative services to the VP, Associate General Counsel Intellectual Property and the VP, Corporate Compliance and their teams.

A successful candidate will be a tech-savvy, creative, self-motivated individual, with the initiative to learn new tasks and contribute to the success of the team.

Competence working in a remote environment, as well as balancing the needs of three busy corporate executives is a must.

This role is remote eligible and is expected to be on-site three or more days per week.

Responsibilities: Administrative: * Coordinate calendars and resolve meeting conflicts for the SVP, General Counsel, the VP, Associate General Counsel and the VP, Corporate Compliance and their respective teams * Coordinate, plan, and schedule travel and itineraries for certain Legal Department personnel in accordance with corporate policies and procedures * Prepare and process letters, fed ex and similar correspondence, including monitoring mailroom deliveries * Prepare and process expense reports using Concur * Prepare and process legal accruals for outside counsel spend * Assisting with planning and presentation of monthly legal all-hands meetings * Process invoices through Ariba, which includes expediting invoices as needed, coordinating with accounting and finance to resolve reclass issues, and with tracking invoices against budgets * Create, maintain and update information in matter management system and other databases * Searching and retrieving correspondence or documents from matters, saving correspondence and documents in the appropriate format in a timely and accurate manner, and running reports from matter management system * Assist with preparing reference materials, training guides/manuals, presentations, etc.

Project: * Work on various projects for intellectual property, corporate compliance, and other legal matters.

Support the management of the Company's extensive worldwide trademark portfolio, clearance and enforcement matters, including assisting with the following matters trademark prosecution, maintenance and enforcement, filing and maintaining U.S.

trademark applications, instruct foreign trademark prosecution, maintenance, clearance and enforcement matters and coordinating the execution, notarization and legalization of trademark documents such as affidavits, declarations, assignments and powers of attorney * Assist with the implementation, and monitoring of policies, trainings, procedures, and practices for corporate compliance team * Track information in various databases and generate reports as needed * Prepare, route, track and follow up on trademark and copyright-related contracts and documents * Assist with performing brand and market internet research for trademark and copyright matters * Complete and coordinate monthly/quarterly process, which includes requesting and obtaining updates internally and externally regarding accruals, reserves, and statuses of pending legal matters * Leverage the following systems: Legal Files, Ariba, hCue, COLA database, Clarizen, Trademark Search Request (TSR) Qualifications: * 2-4 years of advanced administrative/office support (experience in a legal environment strongly preferred) * High School diploma required * Four-year college degree or paralegal certificate preferred * Extensive Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook) experience and skills including advanced knowledge of settings and shortcuts * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate in a team environment * Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work * Attention to detail and problem solving skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational and planning skills * Experience with tracking databases preferred * Experience in the alcohol beverage industry preferred Physical Requirements/Other: * Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.

* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Location Rochester, New York Additional Locations Job Type Full time Job Area Legal & Public Affairs The salary range for this role is: $29.05 - $42.68 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
