Job Type: Full Time Description: PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio-Tech Engineer to join our dynamic team.

As a Audio-Tech Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in audio production, recording, mixing, and live sound reinforcement.

This role requires a strong understanding of audio equipment and technology, as well as the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize audio quality for various applications.

Location: Carlisle Barracks Pennsylvania Required Clearance: Secret Required Education: HSD or GED Required Experience: Two+ (2+) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: · End-to-end podcast production, including scriptwriting, recording, sound design, editing, and distribution.

· Set up, operate, and maintain audio recording equipment, including microphones, mixers, preamps, digital audio workstations (DAWs), and audio interfaces.

· Record and edit audio for various projects, including music production, podcasts, voiceovers, and sound effects.

· Monitor audio levels, adjust sound settings, and troubleshoot technical issues during live performances to maintain optimal audio quality.

· Proficiency in audio software and tools, including digital audio workstations (e.g., Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live), audio plugins, and audio processing equipment.

· Strong understanding of audio principles, acoustics, signal flow, and sound reinforcement techniques · Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for audio equipment, software, and systems.

Requirements: · 2+ years of experience in audio production, recording, mixing, and live sound reinforcement.

· Experience with audio equipment setup, operation, and troubleshooting, including microphones, mixers, amplifiers, speakers, and signal processors.

· Mix and master audio tracks to achieve balanced sound levels, clarity, and sonic cohesion.

· Apply audio effects, equalization, compression, and other processing techniques to enhance audio quality and meet artistic preferences.

· Ensure consistency in audio quality across multiple tracks and deliverables.

· Diagnose and resolve audio-related issues, such as signal interference, feedback, noise, and latency.

· Perform routine maintenance and calibration of audio equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
