Automation & Quality department, part of Product Verification and Lifecycle Management, is responsible for delivering solution on design Quality issues by various tolls & methods. Also we deliver CAD Automation solutions to achieve auto generated turbines designs.

To build best in class setup in support to design & Development of Wind Turbines with a vision of fully automated Design rules verification

Responsibilities

Support Roadmap and Deliver Efficiency and Effectiveness via CAD Automation projects

Execute the project scope considering Interdependencies, test plan, test cases, intended output results, testing / production environment requirements, etc.,

Develop CAD Automation code development / testing

Deliver high quality CAD applications adhering to the standards and processes

Collaborate with stakeholders for testing / deployment of the developed CAD Automation

Define the process of embedding the design rules into the CAD Automation programs. Facilitate the design rules formulation with relevant stakeholders.

Support and implement quality standards on CAD Automation program (Development, testing, deployment) and work to exceed the expectations

Adopt to and incorporate new technological improvement into the CAD Automation i.e. Code less program development, Automated testing tool, innovative user guides

Qualifications

UG / PG - Mechanical Engineering / Production Engineering/Computer Science

8+ year of experience with CAD customization

Proficient in PTC Product (Creo 9.0 or latest) both 3D & 2D

Experience with Catia Customization, 3D & 2D is an added advantage

Proficient in PDM Systems (Windchill / Teamcenter)

Competencies

High level of proficiency in CAD Automation using Creo Toolkit

High level of Programming capability using Visual C/C++ for Creo Toolkit, VBA for Catia

Desirable add-on skills: C#.NET, VB.NET, Java, .net etc
