Position Highlights:

Position: Recruiter

Location: Hybrid- two days/week at Edward-Elmhurst Health Corporate Center - 4201 Winfield Road, Warrenville, IL

Full Time/Part Time: Full time (1.0 FTE)

Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:30-4:30

What you will do:

Responsible for recruitment of exempt and non-exempt employees within Endeavor Health.

Responsible for nursing recruitment and overseeing the RN Resident program at Elmhurst Hospital

Confer with requesting managers regarding staffing needs and position requirements.

Responsible for initial screening, referring prospects to hiring managers for final interview.

Support onboarding of new and transferring employees.

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred

Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Must have strong attention to detail

Must be a persuasive and effective communicator, with the ability to relate to people across all levels and diverse backgrounds

Must work well in a fast paced, multi-site, complex and changing environment

Thorough knowledge of Federal and State laws preferred

Experience: 2+ years of Human Resources experience

Nurse Recruitment experience, preferred

Workday Applicant Tracking System experience, preferred
