This Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Azure Engineer to join our Federal Cloud Operations team. This individual will play a crucial role in maturing our CMMC compliant Azure enclave by automating processes, troubleshooting, and building out infrastructure to support our growing Federal business.

Your Impact

Deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktops

Develop secure and compliant workflows for new user adds, new software, change requests, file transfers, and other business needs

Automate routine tasks where possible

Troubleshoot existing PowerShell solutions

Make changes to Azure environment to meet operational and compliance needs

Administer ManageEngine ticketing and endpoint management solution

Control cloud expenditure and carry out cost-saving projects

Provide work review and training to other engineers and operations support team

Develop and maintain compliant procedures

Maintain the security of the environment as well as compliance with CMMC

Carry out other duties as assigned

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or at least 3 years of production and project work experience in a similar role

7-10 years experience in engineering applications

Experience administering Azure environments

Ability to script and automate with PowerShell

Experience administering and configuring Active Directory

Experience with NIST 800-171 security framework or similar

Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Ability to contribute to and execute a solution roadmap

Strong English written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

Experience configuring Azure US Government tenant and GCC High environment, including SharePoint

Command of Information Security concepts

Working knowledge of CMMC

ManageEngine Administration experience

Experience with federal defense contracts

Knowledge of application management and deployment

Knowledge of Bentley and AutoCAD products

Leadership experience

Compensation

Expected Salary (all locations): $80,000 - $150,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.

Expected Salary (Colorado only): $80,000 - $150,000

WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position within the state of Colorado, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
