Job Descriptions :

Accountable for identifying new market/ industry to promote our product-line with effective area mapping and sales planning in the assigned territory.

Accountable for meeting budgeted sales and margins for the assigned territory/business area.

Manage existing customers and develop new accounts within assigned territory/business area.

Establish strategic networking & business contract with OEMs (packaging machine manufacturers) to work closely and grow the business.

Establish strong relationships with customers by building a network of contacts within their organization.

Identify market potential for assigned territory/business area and develop strategic and tactical sales plans accordingly.

The desired candidate shall be open to travel for account management and new developments.

Prepare and timely submission of proposal & quotations and order follow upsPrepare account receivables

Requirements

Qualification :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Packaging Degree / MBA- Marketing.

Should have a good network in the Food & snacks industry

Must Have Experience in the Weighing and Packaging Industry.

Good interpersonal & communication skills, negotiation skills, problem-solving, and presentation skills

Pro-active and results-oriented professional

Ambitious and driven for result

Value Selling

Good team player, good planning and prioritizing skills

Proficiency in computer / MS Office

Note - Age Limit: below 35 years

Language: Bengali, English, and Hindi

Experience: Minimum 2 Years
