Entry-Level Staff Accountant

This is a great opportunity for recent grads! Position is Hybrid – in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

Our client is currently seeking a talented individual to join its Accounting team as a Entry-Level Staff Accountant. The Accounting team is looking for a detail-oriented candidate, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments. Reporting to the Controller/CFO, this position will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting and financial regulations.

Position is Hybrid – you in the office Monday, Wednesday and Thursday

This role will focus on General Ledger, journal entries, Process payroll within ADP, reconcile bank statements, and invoice customers and follow up on outstanding payments.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.

2-3 years' of profession experience

Candidates must exhibit a high level of proficiency in Excel.

Ideal qualifications for this position are being detail-oriented, efficient and organized, while being cognizant and abiding by deadlines.

Payroll processing and Invoicing would be a plus
