Salary: $25-$28 per hour

Responsibilities:

Set forms that hold concrete to desired pitch and depth, and align them.

Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, shovels, hand or power trowels, hand or power screeds, and floats.

Monitor the concrete curing process and make adjustments as needed.

Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, and sealing to enhance the appearance and durability of concrete surfaces.

Repair and patch damaged concrete surfaces as required.

Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher.

Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
