Reports To: Restaurant and Marina Manager

Now Hiring for Cook positions at Portside Pizza (formerly Cafe Bridges) at State Park Marina!

Responsibilities:

Prepare, portion and serve food according to standard recipes.

Handle kitchen equipment, including knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely.

Maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Qualifications - To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education – Position requires a minimum of two (2) years High School, or GED. Must complete Food Safety Training.

Experience – Previous culinary experience preferred.
